Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?
Love Bug Kids ships orders Monday - Friday. In stock items will ship within 1-3 business days. Shipping for custom orders varies depending on the order. Customers will be notified of estimated shipping time at time of purchase.
Q: I see a ribbon color/pattern that I like, but I want it used in a different style. Will you customize orders?
Yes. If you see a ribbon and style that you like, just send us an e-mail to Sales@lovebugkids.com and let us know what you would like made.
Q: I need bows made to match a specal occassion dress. Can I send you a photo of the dress and have bows made to match?
Yes. We love custom orders! E-mail us your photo and request to Sales@lovebugkids.com and we will work with you directly to design the perfect bows to match. Prices vary depending on materials used.
Q: Does Love Bug Kids heat seal the edges its ribbon to prevent fray?
Yes. We heat seal the edges of each ribbon hair bow to prevent fraying.
